Where to download StrategyDesk?

Is there ANY place I can I still download TD Ameritrade's StrategyDesk platform? I've heard it's not available, but I've also heard it still is.

Coming from Qcharts, I am starting to like ThinkOrSwim. But all I want to do is simply scroll back and practice predicting the next candle at the right edge without having to mess with the OnDemand feature (practicing going forward one candle at a time). If TOS can't do this simple task I was hoping StrategyDesk could (if it was still available). Maybe TOS can and it's just me
